Overland Park At-Home Sleep Testing
Home Sleep Testing (HST) is a low cost, simple alternative to the traditional Polysomnogram (PSG) testing. Testing for sleep related breathing disorders is done with a simple at-home, overnight test given by a sleep physician or dentist.
Easy sleep testing at home
If Dr. Ward recommends a sleep test for you, our team will walk you through the use of a simple, at home device that measures your breathing, oxygen levels, and position while you sleep. This evaluates for many sleep-related breathing disorders like Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome, and primary snoring.
Diagnosis
Your overnight test is interpreted by a board certified sleep physician after testing is completed.
Results are received in 5-10 business days. With your permission, our team will also share your sleep testing results with your Primary Care Physician.
